ONE GLOBAL

Two of the largest corporate travel agencies in the US and UK created of One Global Travel in May 2022, a joint venture designed to put local expertise at the heart of a truly global travel solution. WorldTravel, Inc. (US) and Clarity (UK) have a long-standing partnership, which will expand to incorporate key global market regions and provide a partner community unlike any other servicing the needs of

multinational Customers.

The Partner Sales enablement executive role is a critical role contributing to the success of One Global, that will focus on delivering engagement and administrative support, value to our community and mutual customers.

The role will focus full efforts on driving participation, engagement and contribution to identifying global opportunities across our Community Partners. Working closely with Sales to develop, execute and optimise and asses an enablement programme to demonstrate ROI across One Global.

The successful candidate will be an adaptable all-rounder with a diligent work ethic who can work effectively with cross-functional teams, build strong working relationships, communicating effectively with partners and stakeholders.

KEY TASKS

  • Work directly with global travel management companies (TMCs)

  • Dedicated partner sales collaboration meetings

  • 1-1 dedicated calls 20 TMC Partners

  • Quarterly Round-Up sales engagement calls with all TMCs

  • Management of the Sales Pipeline to ensure accuracy

  • Communications on RFP progression across departments

  • Ownership of internal updates from joint ventures, World Travel and Clarity on RFPs to then distribute to the Community

  • Pricing facilitation and collection for larger bids

  • Management of Sales Toolkit and partner documentation

  • Training delivery, creating and supporting Partner TMCs on processes and internally across the

  • commercial & technology teams

  • Toolkit improvements to support TMCs’ becoming more self-sufficient through the bid process

  • Create and produce ongoing performance slide deck to support QBR performance results

  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously reiterate driven goals and sales growth

  • Build a solid understanding of global markets and the different nuances between regions

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in partner enablement

  • Support collating IATA and key information relating to the Hotel Programme from Partners

Requirements 

Travel background with knowledge on TMCs and global business understanding preferrable

• Strong organizational, people skills and team spirit

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong time management skills – working across many time-zones

• Capable of working independently, proactively and in a team environment

• A flexible and positive approach with professionalism and approachability

• High level of competency in Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel

• Project management skills desirable

• Knowledge of travel technologies will be an advantage
